As training is required we would prefer that you are based in Scotland, but definitely UK. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies to engage with our audience. Segment and manage contact lists to ensure targeted and effective messaging. Create and design engaging email and SMS content, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated workflows. Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across all digital channels. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email and SMS marketing. Manage the implementation of A/B testing to improve open and click-through rates. Qualifications: Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment (1-2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and email marketing KPIs. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
