We are a close-knit group and work closely together. \n\nWhat might a day in this role look like?\nDuties:\nâ¢\tLiaising with clients in a polite, friendly and caring manner via telephone, email, in-person\nâ¢\tOpening and allocating mail\nâ¢\tDrafting standard documents/emails\nâ¢\tSubmitting registration forms and LBTT returns\nâ¢\tScanning and shredding files \nâ¢\tAdditional duties will be added to the role upon training and experience\n What will I learn?\n\nâ¢\tSVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration \nâ¢\tIndustry related training provided on the job within the field of customer service and conveyancing.\nâ¢\tSoft Skills (e.g. teamwork, communication, etc)\n\n â¢\tNational 5 or equivalent which should include English and Maths. Business Management preferred but not essential. \nâ¢\tProficient in using IT\nâ¢\tExcellent communication skills\nâ¢\tStrong attention to detail\nâ¢\tOrganised with the ability to prioritise tasks\n
