Project Administrator

We are proudly working with an industry leading national Fire Security business that is rapidly growing and seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join the team. They have a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country and are seeking a Project Administrator to work from our newly refurbished state of the art Head Office in Chandlers Ford.
The role:
1. Attend and prepare for Integration/Project meetings
2. Deliver high quality minutes and project meeting documentation
3. Coordinate in-house Action Tracker Systems and management tools
4. Communicate all actions to relevant managers
5. Ensure all actions are completed to agreed deadlines and ensure outstanding actions are prioritised
6. Manage and update spreadsheets to ensure the project stays on track
7. Other ad-hoc duties as deemed appropriate
8. Be responsible for all administration and correspondence related duties for staff involved in projects, business acquisitions and mergers.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have solid IT skills (MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. Be highly organised and efficient
3. Be assertive when required and able to deal with demanding characters professionally
4. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
5. Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
6. Be methodical and able to work to deadlines
