Job Description
* Create channel-specific content for our social channels, focusing on ‘Lo-Fi High Impact Video Content’ across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube Shorts.
* Identify TikTok trends and react to them to drive social account growth.
* Shoot fast-paced, dynamic videos using the latest iPhone 14 Pro Max and Sony DSLRs, often editing and preparing posts on the same day.
* Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure campaign and social-specific shoots produce social-first content.
* Receive briefs from various departments, conceptualize video ideas and treatments that meet objectives.
* Develop original content ideas using new techniques to creatively showcase products and inspire purchase.
* Analyze social content performance with the social team and contribute to reports.
* Build social trend reports, focusing on industry trends, tech updates, competitors, and visual references.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of TikTok, including filming, editing, and features.
* Deep understanding of TikTok and the wider social/media landscape.
* Experience with video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
* Experience in the sports industry.
* Proven content creation and presentation skills.
* Understanding of social media analytics and applying insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong time management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects.
