Your job as Sales Executive?
When the product’s right, and the service is right — sales feels different.
It’s less about persuasion.
More about knowing your parts.
Asking the right questions.
And making life easy for the customer.
That’s what this Automotive Sales Executive role is all about.
To help them get it right.
Sometimes that’s a quick order.
Sometimes it’s building a package with 20 different parts all needing to fit together.
Either way, you’ll know your stuff, ask smart questions, and be the person they come back to time and time again.
What’s on offer for the Automotive Sales Executive?
£35-40k basic salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE around £50k)
Warm leads and existing customers ready to go
A respected brand and a supportive manager who knows automotive sales inside out
Working hours?
Monday to Friday, standard office hours 8:30-5pm
Plus just 1 in every 4 Saturdays, meaning those long days and long weekends would be a thing of the past.
Most of your weekends? Still yours.
What you’ll need:
Experience in automotive sales, motor factors, aftermarket, parts, accessories… if you know, you know
Confidence to have proper conversations with people at all levels
Curiosity to ask smart questions and spot opportunities
A customer-first mindset, this is about service, not shifting products, your customers come back time and again.
