What you’ll do: Answer phone calls from customers in a timely manner. Create reservations for our guests using our Opera system. Record and input enquiries and reservations, process cancellations and amendments. Be fully familiar with the hotel facilities and services and to promote these whenever possible. Respect any confidential information received regarding guests, staff and management, ensuring compliance with regulations at all times. Dedicated and passionate about your work.
