Joining the Costa team will give you the opportunity to provide our customers with the best tasting coffee and great convenient food. As a team member you will deliver excellent customer service and support your fellow team members to ensure all of our customers have a great experience.

You will receive a current hourly rate of £9.70 which is our new increased rate applicable from the 28th Feb 2022.
