Position: Building Manager
Location: 129 – 130 Park Lane, London, W1K 7AE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0900 - 1730
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be situated at the luxurious 129- 130 Park Lane development comprising of 6 prestigious apartments, situated in Mayfair and close proximity to Marble Arch Station. The Building Manager will be a “lone worker”.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Building Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
1. Have experience working in the residential sector in a similar role, responsible for managing the site operations, front desk and cleanliness.
2. You will be required to carry out cleaning duties ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard.
3. You will manage the building operations, ensuring a high level of customer service to the residents, guest and contractors.
4. Carrying out site inspections, always ensuring H&S compliance and actioning any issues immediately and in accordance with policy and procedure.
5. Managing any reactive and preventive maintenance task accordingly.
6. You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
7. You’ll be an expert in dealing with any onsite emergencies or maintenance related issues.
8. You have a good eye for detail and experience conducting regular development inspections, reporting any defect and/or health and safety concerns, cleaning, and maintenance (internally and externally).
9. You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and any visitors.
10. You have excellent communication skills.
11. You have experience managing contractors and third-party contractors, ensuring health and safety requirements are adhered to and relevant documentation is in place.
