The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Lead and inspire a team of department heads to achieve organisational goals and maintain high performance standards Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing mentorship and guidance as needed Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement company-wide initiatives Represent the company at industry events and in media engagements when required Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience in a similar high-end operation Previous experience of the contract catering market essential High passion for food, sustainability and creating a team environment.
