What You’ll Do
* Support the UX/UI design process for eCommerce and apply cross-platform and native mobile design expertise.
* Develop user-centered designs that enhance engagement, retention, and conversion.
* Work closely with developers, strategists, and marketers to create seamless shopping experiences.
* Translate client visions into compelling, high-fidelity Figma prototypes.
* Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) to create high-quality visual assets.
* Assist in UX research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs.
* Stay ahead of eCommerce trends to ensure our work remains industry-leading.
* Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while maintaining an eye for detail and innovation.
* Confidently communicate and present design ideas directly to clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
What You Bring
* 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in eCommerce or Shopify-related projects.
* Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
* A portfolio showcasing creative and user-friendly eCommerce and web design projects.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, and user psychology.
* Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
* A proactive work ethic, adaptability under pressure, and a drive to create excellent designs.
* Passion for staying ahead of design trends and contributing fresh ideas.
Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with the expectation of three days per week in our collaborative office space based in either Liverpool or Leeds.
