SEN Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
Teach Now is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Key Stage 1 and 2. You will deliver tailored interventions, foster positive social interactions, and work closely with a supportive SEN team.

Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children with ASD
.• Knowledge of SEN strategies (visual aids, sensory activities, etc.)
.• Level 2/3 TA qualification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with ASD
.• Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Encourage social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists.
• Maintain progress records and communicate with parents/carers.
