This engineering company is looking for a permanent part-time office manager to join their team to provide administrative support to the office.
Your new role
You will be providing administrative support to the office of around 25 members of staff and supporting them with various admin duties including meeting and greeting visitors, handling travel arrangements, supporting with facilities, calendar support, timesheet reporting, supporting with events, ordering supplies for the office, arranging meets, supporting engineers with any ad-hoc duties, managing paperwork, filing and scanning and more.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working in an office management position will help you succeed in this role. You're organised with excellent attention to detail and can work well to deadlines. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills too and can communicate effectively. Ideally, you will have experience working with engineers or in research and development, but this is not essential. You will be available to get to the office in Wythenshawe for 20 hours a week.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary of around £29,000, which is pro rata for the 20 hours a week, which is between £16,000 - £17,000 a year.
