The Vacancy
Assistant Shop Manager, Great Denham – 24 hours per week (Monday to Sunday on a rota basis)
£15,325.20 per annum (£25,542 FTE) with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £15,455.40 (FTE £25,759) on a competency-based framework
We are looking to recruit a part-time Assistant Manager in our Great Denham shop to join the team at a top 100 Best Large Company 2024 rated outstanding to work for.
This is an exciting role to assist the Shop Manager in achieving sales and profit targets. You will be required to provide an excellent level of customer service and have the ability to assist in recruiting, managing, and developing a team of volunteers. Good communication skills and great team spirit are essential, and a background in retail is desirable.
