As a Care Professional, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need, ensuring they receive the support and companionship they deserve.
* Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction to clients
* Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
* Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or shopping trips
* Support clients with personal care activities, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
* Help administer medication as directed
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
* Document and report on client's condition and care provided
* Adapt to changing client needs and schedules
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
* Compassionate and kind-hearted nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational abilities and reliability
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends
* Exceptional time management skills and punctuality
* Physical stamina to assist clients with daily activities

* Basic understanding of health and safety practices in a care setting
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area to reach clients
* Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (other transportation methods may be considered based on client needs and location)
* No prior experience required – comprehensive training will be provided
Additional Information:
You will receive:
* Hourly rate from £13.15
* Paid mileage
* Paid travel time and waiting time between clients visits at regular hourly rate
