Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development professional, located in Barnsley. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additional responsibilities include providing training to the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the client engagement process.

* Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
* Ability to provide effective Training to team members
* Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
* Proficiency in creating and implementing sales strategies
* Experience in the security industry is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
