About the Role:
As a Service and Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and performance of highly specialised simulators used in the testing of prosthetic implants. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining this advanced equipment, minimising downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement in medical device testing. Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine preventative maintenance in line with scheduled plans to ensure optimal simulator performance.
2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimise downtime.
3. Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to support maintenance and emergency repairs.
4. Provide technical support to the client’s laboratory team, ensuring the smooth running of simulators and compliance with health and safety policies.
