Job Description:
* We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Bancassurance Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Bancassurance business. You will spearhead regional growth, inspire high-performing teams, and forge strong bank partnerships to maximize sales.

* Proven Sales Leader with a strong track record in bancassurance or financial services.

* Strong Relationship Builder with a deep understanding of bank partnerships.

* Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills to drive success with stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
* Min of a Bachelor degree, preferably from Finance, Business and Sales background.
* Preferably a Certified Financial Planner, leadership and/or Sales Management.
* 6 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage a dynamic sales force to achieve and exceed bancassurance sales targets.
* Build Strategic Alliances with banking partners to drive seamless product integration and sales success.
* Execute Winning Sales Strategies tailored to the region’s needs and market dynamics.
* Develop and Coach your team to deliver exceptional performance through training, mentoring, and motivational leadership.
* Analyze and Optimize performance metrics to ensure continuous growth and market leadership.
