If you are passionate about promoting active travel and contributing to community safety, consider joining our Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership Team on Moor Lane, North Hykeham. In this part-time role (working 6.15 hours per week during term time - working 40 minutes at the beginning and 35 minutes at the end of the school day), you'll be fully trained to manage traffic professionally and make a positive impact in the community, crossing families at a designated crossing point. Each day, you will play a crucial role in helping to keep children safe during their journeys to and from school. The rewards you will receive will be immeasurable such as seeing the smiles and excited faces of the pupils eager to greet you.
With a love for working outdoors, you will arrive on time at the beginning and the end of the school day, and you’ll enjoy supporting and communicating with children, drivers, parents, teachers and even say hello to the odd furry friend!! You will, of course, also be provided with an eye catching uniform to keep you safe, visible, warm and dry!
