We’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Account Director to join a large integrated agency in Manchester city centre.
Our Client
An agency that’s recently entered an exciting new era, they’ve got a long successful history and a fantastic senior leadership team. A large agency, they’ve got a real people focus and their culture is hugely important to them.
The Role
Leading primarily on a couple of clients, both large multi-national brands with B2B and B2C elements, for whom they deliver a variety of integrated work, there is scope for both to grow significantly with the agency. You’ll manage client relationships with confidence, delivering strong results for clients through effective campaign management and strong relationships with internal delivery teams. You’ll be supported by a couple of great Account Managers.
You
They’re looking for a dynamic and driven AD, either an established Account Director or they will consider ambitious Senior Account Managers ready to step up. Key elements are a track record in strong client relationships and growth, and strong people management experience, and the confidence and ability to lead and develop AMs in your team, as well as being commercially savvy. They are happy to consider someone on a 4 day per week pro-rata basis too.
