Job summary We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Resourcing. The team is responsible for providing a high-quality recruitment service for the Trust, managing the recruitment and selection process, advertising vacancies, responding to applicant queries, arranging and undertaking interviews and updating candidates. You will undertake employment checks in a timely manner, while providing excellent levels of customer service, ensuring our applicants and managers are supported throughout the entire process. Knowledge of NHS Employment Checks, NHS Jobs and Trac would be beneficial. Main duties of the job To be responsible for delivering a highly responsive information and advice service, responding to all formats of enquiries personally and in group sessions using many mediums, liaising with specialist functions as required. To manage the offer process for successful candidates, ensuring they receive the necessary paperwork and that pre-employment checks are completed as required, in accordance with Trust procedures, following up as required to ensure the recruitment process is carried out as expediently as possible and within the required timescales. To ensure all workers are employed in accordance with appropriate Trust policies, NHS Employment Check Standards, and current legislation To highlight any issues regarding individuals' pre-employment checks and ensure they are appropriately managed. To facilitate and participate in recruitment events (i.e. open days / assessment centres) as required, including evenings / weekends.
