We are seeking two motivated Business Analyst Apprentices to join our dynamic team and support a range of technology and business improvement initiatives across the organization. Job Description This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both IT Service and IT Project Delivery, rotating every six months. You’ll play a key role in analysing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of impactful IT and business solutions. Responsibilities Rotate between IT Service and IT Project Delivery roles every six months. Analyse and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Work with service teams to ensure ticket resolution meets SLA standards. Support the implementation and tracking of IT and business improvement projects as part of the PMO team. Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to inform decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for projects and initiatives. Participate in cyber security initiatives, including awareness campaigns and reporting. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and compliance processes. Requirements A strong interest in business analysis, IT, and technology. An aptitude for identifying opportunities for improvement and solving problems. Basic understanding of IT systems, processes, and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications equivalent to GCSEs, A Levels, or BTECs. Additional coursework or certifications in business or IT is a plus. Entry Requirements: Level 3 Qualification at least 12 months of work experience robust onboarding plan (learner must work in the organisation for 3 months before signing up) OR business-related degree eg business, finance, economics, maths, etc. OR non-business-related degree at least 6 months of work experience OR existing staff member with 2 years of work experience Work experience relates to any valid work experience Existing staff work experience should not be in a business analyst role You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. Apprenticeship duration: 2 years, with role rotations ensuring exposure to IT Service and IT Projects.
