Description
As a Temporary Customer Co-coordinator you will:
Handling inbound, outbound calls & emails for customers and suppliers
Develop, maintain and update Customer database for all Quotations customers
Manage, maintain and update Enquiry and Application registers for the Connection Quotations team
Taking customer payments & updating CRM systems to confirm payment has been successful for internal teams
Ad-hoc duties as and when required Profile
To be successful in this role:
Proven experience within customer service coordination
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Customer facing / customer service orientation
Ability to plan and organise
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of Microsoft Office Suit essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint
Experience of SAP beneficialPlease note offer employment is subject to a successful Basic DBS check & drug & alcohol test.
