The group has businesses which span across multiple sectors, including facial cosmetic and plastic surgery, charitable initiatives, and property. We are looking for an innovative Marketing Manager who can lead the charge on developing exciting, out-of-the-box marketing ideas that elevate our brand and engage with our audience.
This is a pivotal role for someone who excels in idea generation, strategy development, and hands-on execution. Your creativity will shape the way we tell our story across all platforms, particularly with a focus on our flagship Harley Street clinic. You will manage a talented team, collaborate with external consultants, and continuously evolve our marketing strategy to drive growth and awareness across all areas of the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Strategy Oversight:
* Curate and execute the Group’s overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all sectors, particularly focusing on the Harley Street medical clinic.
* Ensure the online brand presence is consistently reflective of the organisation’s core values, mission, and high standards, creating a unified and recognisable identity across all platforms.
* Manage external consultants to develop and execute the marketing plan, including SEO, web development, public relations, and digital advertising.
Website and Digital Marketing Leadership:
* Oversee the development and ongoing optimisation of the Group’s websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized to drive organic traffic and enhance online visibility.
* Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximise ROI, generate leads, and increase brand awareness across all areas of the Group.
* Work with external specialists to implement SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings and drive relevant traffic to the Group’s websites.
Social Media and Content Management:
* Lead the content strategy for all Group social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube), ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with the Group’s mission.
* Track, report, and optimize KPIs across all digital platforms, including engagement rates, follower growth, content performance, and brand sentiment, to ensure continuous improvement.
* Oversee the creation and posting of content, managing a Digital Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for filming, editing, and publishing content on social media.
Public Relations and Brand Awareness:
* Develop and execute PR campaigns aimed at increasing visibility for the Group, with a special focus on the clinic and key leadership figures.
* Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and brand ambassadors to secure high-quality press coverage and elevate the Group’s presence in the public eye.
KPI Tracking and Reporting:
* Track and report on key marketing KPIs, such as website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility. Present regular performance reports to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Use data-driven insights to adjust and optimise marketing strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the Group’s business objectives and growth targets.
Team and Consultant Management:
* Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant, ensuring content is produced efficiently and is consistent with the Group’s brand guidelines.
* Liaise with external consultants such as SEO specialists, PR agencies, and digital marketing firms to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
Project and Campaign Management:
* Lead and oversee key marketing projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
* Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives, driving both short-term results and long-term brand growth.
Qualifications:
* A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or professional marketing certifications are preferred.
* Proven experience (at least 5 years) in marketing management, with a focus on digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and social media management. Experience in healthcare or luxury brands is a plus.
* Strong experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, content creation, and website management.
* A strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, semrush, hootsuite etc.) to track KPIs and optimise campaigns.
* Experience working with external marketing consultants and agencies to execute large-scale campaigns.
* Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
