DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair a diverse range of Sato Thermal Transfer and Laser printers, Print & Apply units, and specialized finishing equipment.
2. Technical Expertise: Electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
3. Product Training: Undergo comprehensive product training to gain proficiency in Sato technologies.
4. Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient service.
5. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
6. Professionalism: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all interactions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
2. Proven experience in field service or a related technical role.
3. Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to European locations.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Valid driver's license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience with Thermal Transfer and Laser Printer technology.
2. Knowledge of Sato products and solutions.
OTHER:
Undertake projects and tasks as directed by Line Management subject to having the necessary competence and training, particularly with regard to health and safety issues.
