Role
We are seeking nurturing, resilient, and highly motivated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. This role offers consistent work, enabling you to build meaningful connections with pupils and support their educational journey. You will be instrumental in assisting children with SEN requirements, fostering their development in a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide group and one-to-one support to pupils with SEN, ensuring their safety and welfare.

Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials under the guidance of the class teacher.

Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support pupil development.

Experience and Qualifications

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential).

Experience working with various SEND conditions.

Familiarity with inclusive classroom practices.

Previous experience supporting learning using a range of strategies, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
