Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: up to £27,400 pa
(Initial 3-month contract with view to permanent)
Our client is one of the world’s largest material handling providers. They have an opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Shrewsbury.
This role will start as a 3-month fixed term contract with a view of making it permanent following successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. First point of contact with customers, managing communication and queries on sales and service.
2. Collect and accurately process Service Engineers paperwork & providing input for on-call and contract invoicing and support with clarifications for the Hub team.
3. Assisting with service invoice queries and general service information.
4. Reduce queries in a resolute & timely manner with close customer interaction.
5. Support with any warranty queries.
6. Checking the paperwork of all leasing and rental contracts, prior to setting up at the central hub.
7. Update as required CRM database contacts, to ensure targeted marketing campaigns have maximum impact.
8. Coordinate with the appropriate product champions and central marketing team, in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns & pipeline support.
9. Observe all safety procedures and instructions and assist in maintaining a safe workplace and reporting any accidents, hazards, near misses, defects or damages to plant and equipment to the appropriate person.
Essential Skills
1. Experience of working within a Service Engineering environment and have used SAP.
2. Customer focused outlook.
3. Strong administration skills.
4. Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
5. Ability to multi-task ensuring accuracy is maintained.
6. Strong communication skills, verbally and written.
7. A good team player, with a flexible attitude.
8. Good time management skills.
9. Excellent IT literacy, numeracy and analytical skills.
