Lead the Breakfast and Garden Room Team in delivering excellent, personalised guest service, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. Responsible for the opening and closing of the shift, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard, and are ready for service. Managing the shift on a day-to-day basis, delegating of tasks and jobs to team members to ensure the high possible standards. Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination between Food and Beverage service and overall guest service within the hotel. Managing and administrating the daily, weekly and monthly checklists for the department, ensuring compliance and that the jobs have been completed to hotel standards. Serve as duty manager as needed, taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the hotel during designated shift and handling any emergencies or incidents that may arise. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A natural people person who's excited to take on a leadership role, with experience in food and beverage. Strong communication skills, able to motivate and energise team members while keeping things running smoothly. Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to handle guest needs on the fly.
