Role Title: Global Product Manager
Location: London Paddington / Newbury
Role Purpose:
Vodafone Security is a rapidly growing strategic function, putting cybersecurity at the forefront of the Vodafone Business value proposition. In joining the team, you will become a key member of this high growth function, responsible for developing both the strategic and technology vision, alongside the business model and commercial success of the emerging Cybersecurity Portfolio.
As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing cybersecurity propositions to support the growth of the global portfolio and enable our sales channels to achieve the Vodafone Security strategic goals. You will have a deep knowledge of cybersecurity products, services, trends, and customer buying behaviors within SoHo, SME, and Corporate segments.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and executing cybersecurity propositions.
2. Owning a product or service area as part of the wider Cybersecurity Portfolio.
3. Engaging with Local Markets to enable portfolio integration and planning.
4. Driving the simplification and integration of propositions, products, and services into Local Markets.
Required Qualifications:
1. Experience in the Information/Cybersecurity market with a general understanding of customer solutions.
2. Good commercial understanding with the ability to judge the value of investments and commercial returns.
3. Ability to effectively communicate complex information in simple, compelling ways.
4. Demonstrable ability to lead and influence global teams in a matrix organization.
5. Experience of working under tight timelines.

It would be nice if you have:
1. Experience in a similar role within the Telco or IT industry.
2. Understanding of small & medium business needs, digital marketplaces, and digital channels.
3. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
4. Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
