Join our Homologation Services Team! Pay - Starting rate of £15.29 Per HourThe role is full-time (37 hour per week)The role is based at our Cranfield site, you will be required on site 5 days per week.We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Officer supporting our client at their Cranfield Site. The role will involve looking after the process of certifying that a vehicle or vehicle component complies with the regulatory and safety standards set by the relevant authorities. This process ensures that vehicles are safe, environmentally friendly, and meet specific technical requirementsMain responsibilities of the role: Administration / Technical support certification understanding on Homologation documentation through to final certification.Supporting Homologation team with the technical Services in meetings, information requests and supporting documents.Support program delivery with engineers to meet certification schedules.Support Internal tasks set within the technical officer's team, Budget, data collection, internal processes, and basic technicalities on design input.Support with tracking, monitoring, and reporting on assigned tasks.Monitor document dispatch and return, file electronically and hardcopy.General duties and support within the dept.Support with managing internal processes making sure correct standards are followed. Requirements:Good level of educations high GCSE / A level or equivalent studies.Previous homologation or related experience an advantage with Automotive.Roles which were process driven with attention to detail.A very good understanding with PC Skills.Experience to show good organisation skills, attention to detail and evidence of working under pressure.Have good written and verbal communication skills.IT literate, competent user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and OutlookHave ability to prioritise and multitask between multiple tasks simultaneouslyBe self-motivating and self-managing.
