About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Care to lead our care services team. In this full-time, senior role, you will oversee all aspects of care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained across the service. You will be responsible for strategic planning, managing care teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the care team, ensuring person-centered, high-quality care for all individuals.
* Develop and implement care strategies and policies in line with best practices.
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of care staff.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Work closely with families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Monitor care quality and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior care management role.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of care regulations and standards.
* Ability to manage teams and handle complex situations effectively.
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care management (Level 5 or equivalent preferred).
