Job snapshot
Provide procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) through field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and/or case observations. You will manage all aspects of business in the field. You will be responsible for the education of Anaesthetists, Intensivists and Nursing personnel on procedures and product applications and develop and support strong clinical relationships.
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
Not limited to but will include:
1. Generate profitable territory sales in line with annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets through a combination of appropriate activities with existing and potential customers.
2. Attain required objectives designed to increase fiscal revenue, market share and profitability.
3. Actively gather market intelligence on our own and competitor portfolio/activities.
4. Develop procedural knowledge and expertise.
5. Act as the company representative in the critical care field for internal and external customers.
6. Develop business by creation of educational programs to increase clinician’s safe and effective use of consumables, in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Training.
7. Increase overall satisfaction levels at accounts through support of product and procedural applications.
8. Continually increase industry knowledge through appropriate training opportunities.
9. Maintain and develop Database of customers.
10. Attend exhibitions and clinical meetings.
11. Ability to meet frequently with customers and other decision makers.
12. Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory.

1. Full clean Driver’s licence.
