Position overview: The HubSpot lead will hold a stand-alone role within the organisation, reporting directly to the director of operations. This pivotal position will provide BD support and assistance across the business, and help embed HubSpot at the heart of the business. Key Responsibilities: HubSpot CRM Administration: Oversee the configuration and customization of the HubSpot platform (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs). Ensure data accuracy and maintain data hygiene within the CRM system. Manage integrations with third-party tools Reporting & Analytics: Build custom dashboards and reports to track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline performance). Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decisions. Support leadership by providing regular updates on CRM performance and improvements. User Training & Support: Train team members on HubSpot functionalities, updates, and best practices. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues and addressing user concerns. Create training materials and user guides to improve system adoption. Process Optimization: Continuously optimize CRM workflows and automation to improve efficiency. Implement best practices for data governance, including segmentation and compliance (e.g., GDPR). Evaluate and propose enhancements to the system based on user feedback and emerging needs Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM functionalities with business objectives. Develop and refine processes for lead generation, nurturing, and scoring using HubSpot tools. Assist in designing campaigns, workflows, and automation to drive customer engagement Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or marketing related subject Ideally, previous experience in a pharma or pharma services organisation Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HubSpot workflows, integrations, and automation. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for training and reporting. Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
