* Leading architecture design of data-oriented business critical IT projects/services in a large, complex UK central government or private sector organization.
* Expertise in analytics & reporting, including data warehousing, data lakes, business intelligence (BI), and analytics technologies, along with design patterns, tools, and best practices.
* Experience presenting technical content to large technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficient in public cloud technologies, cloud hosting, container, and networking design patterns, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
* Knowledge of database design and management.
* Experience in data architecture design, including data modeling, master data management (MDM), metadata management, and data governance.
Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Security Architect, I will blend my technical security knowledge, architecture design, and development skills to help embed a secure-by-design and secure-by-default culture. I will work in one of two roles within our Digital Health and Disability team or in Digital’s Data Insight and Analytics function. My responsibilities may include:
* Leading the design and delivery of IT services that support some of our most vulnerable customers through the Functional Assessment Service (FAS).
* Contributing to the large digital transformation aimed at providing modern, secure, cloud-based services to our customers.
* Developing reusable technical capabilities for advanced analytics and management information (MI) platforms to support payment accuracy and reduce fraud, error, and debt.
