Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: South East England, Surrey, Guildford Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised lesson plans tailored to each student's specific learning requirements Implement strategies to support students with SEN in their academic and personal development Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students Required Qualifications: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Education: Minimum of a relevant teaching qualification Experience: Prior experience working with SEN students Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and SEN conditions Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials Patience and empathy in working with students facing learning challenges Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support Experience in using assistive technologies Working Conditions: Part-time hours Flexible schedule Work closely with students, parents, and educational professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
