About the role
I am a 25-year-old female, with a diagnosis of Autism, Developmental Delay, and OCT Deficiency. I will be moving from my residential school placement into my own home in the Newbury area soon, and I am looking for enthusiastic and dynamic team members to work alongside me.
I love to take part in activities and celebrations of varying cultures. I enjoy attending festivals, going to the theatre, watching movies at the cinema, swimming, and doing arts and crafts.
I am looking for people to support and enable me with my daily living skills, upholding my values and treating me as an individual.
My ideal team would consist of people who are caring and proactive in supporting me with my daily living skills and promoting my independence.

About PBS4
We are a values-led social care provider for adults with Neurodisability. We support people to live in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and our model of support is based on Positive Behaviour Support. Our CEO Jonathan Beebee is a registered Learning Disabilities Nurse and qualified Behaviour Analyst. We are a medium-sized organization supporting 35 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire, with a workforce of just over 300.
Within PBS4, we call Support Workers ‘Enablement Assistants’. As an Enablement Assistant, you will have the support of a dedicated team. You will also be able to access support from the Enablement Manager, Deputy Enablement Manager, and the Positive Behaviour Support Clinician who provide you and the team with management and leadership. Your shift pattern may consist of day shifts, waking nights, and sleeps.
