About the role
As a Customer Service Assistant in our award-winning takeaways, you will be responsible for providing great customer service to all our customers whilst serving them and fulfilling their orders, and helping to ensure the smooth running of our sites.
Your day to day will include:
1. Serving our customers, ensuring they are acknowledged and welcomed at all times.
2. Dealing with customers effectively, efficiently, and in a polite and professional manner.
3. Ensuring all areas that you are working in are clean and tidy.
4. Washing and putting away pots.
About you
You are looking for regular part-time work which can fit around your commitments.
You’re great with people and have excellent communication skills.
You’re always keen to learn new techniques.
You are a genuine, cheerful, and driven person who can ‘wow’ our customers while having fun along the way.
Experience working in a catering, hospitality, or pub/bar setting is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
