As a Senior Airport Capacity/Terminal Planner, you'll deliver projects in the UK, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, USA, Canada, and Australia. Our team provides consulting advice, from large-scale airport masterplans to bespoke capacity-enhancing solutions that allow airports to maximize throughput. We seek a candidate with several years of Airport Planning experience specializing in Capacity Analysis; however, we welcome other experiences as well. Demonstrate your abilities, and we'll find the best role for you within our team of established airport planning professionals. Opportunities are available in our London and Epsom offices. Your Purpose: Manage and deliver various projects, including airport terminal design, masterplans, planning, capacity and demand analysis, and simulation modelling. Understand airport capacity analysis and simulation modelling, backed by qualifications or extensive experience in airport/capacity analysis or process improvement. Familiarity with specialist Airport Planning Software (e.g., CAST Terminal/Airfield, AirTOP, AviPlan, Vissim) is preferable. Identify processes and calculate system capabilities of terminals and airport assets to support developing Masterplans. Develop, operate, and update our in-house suite of capacity tools, simulation models, and data sets. Provide oversight and training in analytical and simulation techniques to Airport Planners to develop in-house capabilities and skills. What You Can Bring: An analytical mindset with suitable industry experience. A relevant first degree or equivalent qualification is preferable but not necessary; we value your capabilities and skills. Experience in identifying and refining plans and solutions, making clear recommendations based on robust analysis. A high sense of accountability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work. Enthusiasm for delivering airport planning & capacity solutions as part of development projects involving airfield, apron, terminal, landside, and ancillary facilities.
