* Managing a warm and friendly home that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
* Achieving compliance with the Children Homes Regulations and ensuring your home evidences a high standard of care and quality.
* Undertaking a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management to equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to help your team achieve success.

What we're looking for from you:
* Your experience: Minimum of 2 years managing an Ofsted home rated good or above.
* Your competence: Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Your focus: Attention to detail, ensuring quality and impactful outcomes.
* Your commitment: Passionate about providing equal opportunities for children and young people, ensuring their voices are heard.
