The Vacancy
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join the Patient Safety and Quality Team at St Peter's Hospice.
The post holder will be required to have a visible and accessible presence across the organisation, recognising and responding appropriately to situations as they arise. Supporting our clinical teams to ensure patients are safe, that we embrace quality improvement and progress with our priorities to provide high quality care.
The role will support the Patient Safety and Quality Manager to manage incidents, respond to investigations, facilitate learning responses and implement quality improvement projects.
This is a really exciting time to join the hospice as we develop our Patient Safety and Quality Team. In return, we are able to offer:
1. Salary from £37,875 up to £44,962 per annum (FTE), dependant on experience
2. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week (open to 30)
3. Office location: Based at the Hospice in Brentry and in the Community
4. Continuation in the NHS Pension Scheme for existing members
5. Generous holiday entitlement and recognition for previous NHS service (up to 33 days for 10 years' service)

St Peter's Hospice is a well-loved hospice that provides extensive inpatient and community services, in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Every year St Peter's Hospice makes a difference in the lives of thousands of patients and their families when it matters most.
