Compliance Assurance & Control AVP
We are looking for a Compliance Assurance & Control AVP to support our jurisdictional compliance teams, ensuring that Group Compliance and Financial Crime policies and procedures follow best practice and meet our legislative and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities will include but not limited too:
* Undertaking Compliance Validation Tests (CVT) under Compliance monitoring and risk management framework.
* Determining processes under CVT scope and developing annual plans.
* Working closely with our jurisdictional Compliance teams and relevant business areas, providing information regarding areas deemed ineffective and tracking findings and submitting relevant statistics for reporting.
* Acting as a subject matter expert and assisting other compliance analysts within the team

VP Head of Compliance Assurance & Control
We are looking for a VP Head of Compliance Assurance & Control to Act as the senior Compliance leader and represent the team within local management meetings
.Responsibilities will include but not limited too:
* Acting as the senior Compliance leader and representing the team within local management meetings.
* Helping the first line of defence to evaluate control design and effectiveness and recommending any enhancements to meet regulatory requirements.
* Assisting in regulatory responses and tracking issue management and assurance resolution for compliance valuation and regulatory matters arising.
* Managing the review, response and on-time resolution of issues arising from internal and external reviews, working with the first, second and third lines of defence.
* Ensuring the issue management and CVT programs and supporting controls are successfully tied into the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”) program, working with Operational Risk.
* Driving a cohesive team culture, minimising attrition across the outsourced functions.
* Engaging directly with applicable regulators, when required, to provide standard updates.
