With a strong commitment to advancing immunotherapy, they are now looking for a Product Manager to join them on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives for our product portfolio, with a specific focus on allergy-related treatments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and regulatory affairs to drive product growth and ensure alignment with market needs.
Responsibilities :
* Product Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for allergy-related products, including new product launches, market positioning, and lifecycle management.
* Market Analysis & Insights : Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure product development aligns with marketing strategies and customer requirements.
* Campaign Management : Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
* Customer Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and advocacy groups, to promote products and services.
* Performance Monitoring : Analyse product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and ensure business objectives are met.
* Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution and maximizing return on investment.
* Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with industry regulations and internal guidelines.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing in Pharma (this is essential and we cannot consider candidates without pharma/biotech experience)
* Strong understanding of product marketing strategies and tactics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decision-making.
* Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in healthcare marketing.
