This role involves key tasks such as picking, packing, and loading, ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse during a peak period. Inductions available Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th December with a start on Monday 9th December. About the Role: As a Warehouse Operative, youll be at the heart of our operation. Your main duties will include picking and packing orders with accuracy and efficiency, as well as loading goods for dispatch. Youll play an important role in maintaining the flow of goods through the warehouse while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Picking and packing products accurately to meet targets - Loading goods onto pallets or vehicles for shipment - Assisting with stock movement and inventory management in the warehouse - Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times - Following all health and safety guidelines while working in the warehouse What Were Looking For: - Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative, particularly with tasks such as picking, packing, and loading - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in the warehouse - Flexibility to work both Days & Nights - Week 1 is days for training and then week will be Nights - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team Why Join Us? - Competitive pay starting at £12.84 per hour, with overtime being payable at £18.59 per hour - Valuable experience working as a Warehouse Operativein a fast-paced environment - Opportunity for continued work beyond the seasonal period, - Anything worked before Sunday 22nd December will land in your bank account before Christmas day Location: This role is based exclusively at our Redscar site in Preston.
