Nursery Manager
Up to £40,000 per annum plus £1000 Welcome payment (Terms and Conditions Apply)
We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to join us at Partou Stockwood Lane Day Nursery & Pre school. As a Nursery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to create a safe and supportive environment for children and families.

Responsibilities:
* Implement the EYFS and oversee planning and record keeping.
* Create lasting relationships with parents, carers, and families.
* Build strong partnerships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and agencies.
* Manage a busy and thriving Nursery, influencing occupancy and staying compliant.
* Identify training needs of your team members, working with them to develop plans for their future
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Maths GCSE
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Passion for early childhood education
* Experience in a nursery setting.
