Your Role as a PE Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons, adapting activities to suit students’ needs. Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, and teaching staff to support students’ overall development. Encourage students to develop coordination, motor skills, and a lifelong love for physical activity. Organise sports events, enrichment activities, and extracurricular clubs. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Who We’re Looking For: ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with experience as a PE Teacher. ✅ A passion for inclusive physical education and supporting students with SEN. ✅ Strong ability to differentiate lessons and adapt activities for individual needs. ✅ A positive, patient, and encouraging approach to teaching. ✅ Knowledge of therapeutic PE approaches, sensory integration, or adapted sports is desirable. ✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
