Job summary Please note for Welsh students, you must apply via Streamlining where all available jobs can be located Morris ward is a mixed 27-bedded ward; this specialises in care of the elderly medicine, with the majority of patients having complex physical and mental health needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a clinical environment striving for excellence, and be an integral part of our dynamic nursing team. You will be supported by the Ward Manager, Practice Development Nurse and Matron to undertake professional and personal development opportunities, and be supported in your new role. The ward offers different learning opportunities as well as a chance to develop management and leadership skills. The post holders will be expected to deliver care of the highest standard and work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team. As a Band 5 Registered nurse you will ensure that you carry out clinical practice within designated clinical areas, ensuring that high qualities, current evidence-based nursing assessment, care planning, implementation, interventions and evaluations for patients is provided from admission through to discharge.
