They are seeking a highly motivated and meticulous Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, seeking assistance with their systems and solutions. You will deliver expert advice, co-ordinate technical issues, and provide exceptional service across various communication channels, ensuring that the customers maximise the benefits of their innovative products.
Requirements/Responsibilities for this Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire role:
1. Respond to customer inquiries about lighting control systems via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms.
2. Provide product information and co-ordinate technical guidance related to lighting controls, dimming systems, sensors, and automation solutions.
3. Assist customers with their orders and advise when orders are despatched.
4. Keep records of customer interactions and technical issues using the company's CRM system and provide follow-up as needed.
5. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met, focusing on response time, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential sales opportunities or system enhancements.
