Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This is a full-time role starting in September, working closely with a young pupil who has special educational needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one support to a pupil in the EYFS setting. Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities. Support the pupil's social and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to ensure the pupil’s needs are met. Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and contribute to their ongoing review and development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Must have experience working with young children who have special needs. A patient, caring, and empathetic approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
