Broad area of responsibility big job excitement
As a Senior Clinical Product Manager, you will oversee products like those found here, showcasing the complexity and diversity of our offerings. You will interact with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and a global network of customers and key opinion leaders in the field of hearing aid, fitting solutions and audiometry. This role will provide you with extensive clinical and commercial knowledge and inspiration to grow your business area.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development: Manage and develop products and user software, ensuring they are ready for the next step from a clinical perspective.
Clinical Expertise: Serve as a primary contact in the clinical area, ensuring our products have the right features and functions. Create supporting clinical documentation, training materials, user guides, and videos.
Training and Support: Train clinicians (direct training) and our sales organization (train the trainer). Assist with seminars and customer presentations alongside local sales and training teams.
Documentation and Compliance: Create materials to support product use and registration across different markets.
You should expect around 35-45 travel days a year, planned in advance, with some conferences and customer visits on weekends.
Team collaboration in Audiometry and Fitting
Join a team of four other Product Managers in Middelfart, combining commercial, clinical, and technical skills to support each other and reach the goal of happy customers. We collaborate extensively to generate and test ideas, handle situations, and improve processes.
In this role you can be based in either Denmark or the UK. If you are in Denmark, you will work from our Head Office in Middelfart. If you are in the UK, you will work remotely. You will report to the Business Unit Manager for Audiometry and Fitting, based at our Head Office in Middelfart.

Who we are looking for
We expect you to hold a bachelors or masters degree in audiology with over 5 years of experience in a clinic or similar job. You should be meticulous, capable of maintaining focus on multiple projects simultaneously, and proficient in managing processes with advanced English skills. Experience with documentation and authority requirements, international experience, and a flexible mindset are significant benefits.
