The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Night Porter to join our team here at the hotel. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Checking guests in and out during overnight hours
2. Monitoring the hotel and its surroundings for potential security issues
3. Responding to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
4. Assisting with housekeeping duties as needed
5. Setting up breakfast and/or coffee service for early morning guests
6. Completing various administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping

Ideal Candidate
24. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
25. Excellent communication and customer service skills
26. Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
27. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
28. Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
29. Familiarity with hotel software and computer systems
