Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the UK social media strategy, aligning with the global marketing vision
- Create captivating, engaging content for our organic and paid social media channels, emphasizing key brand messages
- Foster a strong online presence by actively participating in social media discussions and managing community feedback
- Design and manage the social media calendar to maximize product launches, events, and campaigns' impact
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, maintaining a high level of expertise in social media marketing strategies
- Collaborate with influencers to maintain robust relationships and leverage ambassador opportunities
- Work closely with the Segment Marketing team to create effective brand ambassador plans
- Analyze and report on social media performance, converting data into actionable insights
- Ensure seamless internal communications to keep stakeholders informed about social media activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar social media role
- Proven track record of creating innovative, engaging content for brands
- Strong content editing skills
- Experience managing and interacting with online communities
- Effective influencer relationship management skills
- Excellent social media copywriting abilities
- Ability to measure the success of social media marketing and community management efforts
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using social media management tools
